In this lesson, the instructor reveals one of the most important shooter characteristics — speed of target acquisition. You will learn why this skill ranks immediately after accuracy and why speed only matters when paired with consistent precision. As the instructor explains: it doesn’t matter how fast you miss — what matters is how quickly you can deliver an accurate shot. The training approach is built on a clear principle: speed is layered on top of accuracy, never replacing it. You will learn how to avoid the common mistake of rushing into fast shooting without maintaining stable grouping, and why gradual development of tempo produces long-term, reliable shooting performance.
